Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time We currently ship to the United States only. Estimated delivery time is 14 business days from the date your order is shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Cost We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimums required.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Customs and Import Duties Your order ships internationally. In rare cases, customs authorities may apply import duties or fees upon arrival. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. MOLUNI has no control over customs fees and cannot predict if or when they will be applied.
